Bulletins

Publish team-wide announcements to every client on a Linear team—visible in the portal and emailed on first publish.

Alignear is a client communication layer for teams using Linear. Bulletins are rich-text announcements sent to all clients on the currently selected team.

Create a bulletin

  1. Open Bulletins in the sidebar under Resources.
  2. Choose New to open the editor.
  3. Add a title and body using the rich-text editor.

Draft vs publish

  • Save as draft — visible only to your team; clients do not see it.
  • Publish — appears in every client's portal feed. On first publish, Alignear emails all clients on the team.

You can edit, republish, or delete bulletins from the detail page. The list shows status, excerpt, author, and view counts.

Client portal

Published bulletins appear in each client's portal under their bulletins feed. Bulletins are not tied to Linear issues.
