Billing
View your plan, manage subscription and payment through Paddle, and recover access when billing needs attention.
Alignear is a client communication layer for teams using Linear. Billing is managed from the account section at the bottom of the dashboard sidebar.
View your plan
Open Billing to see:
- Current plan name and status
- Renewal or cancellation dates
- Links to manage your subscription
Free plan
If you are on the free tier, Billing shows an upgrade path back to the onboarding subscription step.
Paid plans
For active paid subscriptions, Alignear links to the Paddle customer portal where you can:
- Manage your plan
- Update payment method
- Cancel or resume subscription
Billing details are not edited inside Alignear—they are handled securely through Paddle.
Payment issues
If your organization has a payment problem (past_due or paused status), Alignear may limit dashboard access until billing is resolved. A banner on the Billing page explains what to do.
